“Traveling – it leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller.”

The

Marvelous

City

Create memories of a lifetime in one of the most beautiful cities in the world - Kelowna, British Columbia.Relax in our gorgeous condo, explore a cultural hub of art and entertainment, or check out the many famous landmarks around the city.

:

Ancient Hill Winery

They are a boutique winery in the beautiful Ellison area of North Kelowna. Located directly across from the Kelowna Airport, on land originally planted to grapes more than 60 years ago. They specialize in small lots of tasty wines. The wines are made entirely from grapes grown in their own vineyard and processed on-site in their European style winery. Go visit them and see a working winery in action. Taste the wines in their wineshop or bring a lunch and enjoy them by the glass in the picnic area, which boasts panoramic views of the valley. 10 minutes away from the Borgata lodge.

Arrowleaf Cellars

Arrowleaf Cellars is a family owned and operated winery located in beautiful Lake Country, BC. Our winemaker, Manuel Zuppiger, completed his training in Switzerland and refined his craft in Australia before returning to BC with the goal of producing terror-driven wines of exceptional quality. Arrowleaf officially opened its doors in the spring of 2003, with 2001 reds and 2002 whites. Our Tasting Room, designed by award-winning architect Robert Mackenzie, opened in 2014. It’s a small & quaint winery with a great view of the lake & vineyards in the foreground. It offers picnic tables with shady trees nearby for those hot days. 2019 - Named the Number 8 Winery in Canada by The National Wine Awards of Canada based on our medal standing at the 2019 competition 2018 - New addition to our portfolio: Summerstorm sparkling Rosé made with the Zweigelt grape 2018 - Release of our new wine labels and updated portfolio: Arrowleaf varietal wines, Field Collection blended wines and Archive limited production premium wines 2017 - Two Gold medals at the Mondial des Pinots held in Switzerland

Intrigue Wines

The strength of the partnership at this winery is in the complimentary mix that they all bring to the table. A winemaker, an accountant, an internet entrepreneur and a business advisor. Some people like to know where the wine comes from. Others like to know who made it or how it will change with time. The foodies want to know what flavours they will find in their glass and how it will pair with a certain dish. We are all intrigued about wine. It’s constantly changing and evolving. That is part of the excitement and allure of winemaking. Go and give it a try.

Ex Nihilo Vineyards

They are a boutique winery in Lake Country, BC. They specialize in aromatic whites and full body and beautiful reds. They also have an on site Bistro called CHAOS that focuses on a farm to table concept. Outdoor during the warmer months and operates indoors during the winter months.

The Vibrant Vine:

Wine, Art and Music meet at The Vibrant Vine!

The Vibrant Vine is BC's Most Artfully Entertaining Winery & home to "The Best White Wine in the World" awarded at the 2013 World Wine Competition in Geneva, Switzerland.

Upon arrival you will be handed a pair of 3D glasses to begin your 3D experience, and the fun doesn’t stop there! All the artwork in the tasting room, on the walls, the bottles and clothing is 3D. Bottles are shrink wrapped with designs created by Phil Lewis- the proprietors’ eldest son.

The Vibrant Vine has a varied selection of wines that includes crisp and dry traditional method sparkling wines; Dragon, a big, bold red; and Phantom, a sipping red that’s designed to be enjoyed at the annual courtyard performance: Phantom of the Villa. There’s live music every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, showcasing local musicians, all to be enjoyed with treats from the Snack Shack: charcuterie, sandwiches and even Woopsicles, popsicles made from Woops!

Myra canyon Trestles:

Reward your soul with an inspiring half-day trip to Myra Canyon. This highly-scenic portion of the Kettle Valley Railway (KVR) runs along a steep-walled canyon. Originally built by hand at the turn of the last century, this impressive landmark is highlighted by 2 tunnels and 18 trestle bridges that are too spectacular for words. You can hike it. Or you can rent a bike. Myra Canyon Trail is 24.9 kilometres.

I have personally gone to the trestles, they are amazing and a must see.

Kangaroo Creek Farm- closed in the winter months.

Visiting Kangaroo Creek Farm is a very unique experience for the whole family to enjoy, and it is located just minutes away! This farm has many kangaroos and other animals to go and see and interact with.
